It's in a convenient location by the metro. Nice room, clean and comfy. Had good water pressure and wifi speed. Great breakfast buffet. They have a lot of rooms so was able to do early check-in when I got there.

Convenient, central location near metro, bus lines, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great shower, with plenty of hot water.

Good location. Just around the corner there are 2-3 cool (really cool) Jazz bars with live music. I would definitely not say this area is super safe for gringos 😁 but overall seems to be one of the most safy areas in the city. The hotel is big, with very tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, strong shower. Not cold, not too hot (I mean the room in general). Very helpful staff! I would recommend!

Room is spacious and clean with comfortable double bed. Breakfast is delicious. There is also gym and pool on a 1 floor. Gaby from the recepcion was very kind and helpful. Hotel is near Republic Square near Centro historico.

The hotel is well located, sorrounded by very beautiful and interesting places such as Edificio Itália. The breakfast was also amazing.

Free parking with a very good staff for maneuvering and the location right in downtown were very good. Subway station at 5 minutes way walk and plenty of other options. Specially enjoyed the breakfast with several options, well served and very tastefull - excellent !

Everything waa perfect in this hotel ，breakfast was good ，the staff were very nice to me ，because my credit card had some problems. And the Internet s super good for me to work online ，i also used the gym to work out ，everything was awesome！Totally recommend

The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and tidy. Nothing to complain.
